  • Each 2 tablet serving of Slow-Mag® Magnesium Supplement Tablets contains 128 mg of elemental magnesium and 226 mg of calcium.

Q. Are there any factors that can deplete my magnesium levels?
  • Yes. Poorly controlled diabetes, chronic or excessive vomiting or diarrhea, loop/thiazide diuretics (water pills) and digoxin can all deplete magnesium levels. High alcohol intake has also been associated with magnesium deficiency.3
